Citizens' Envision Loudoun public input summary

Members of the Loudoun County Preservation and Conservation Coalition have read and carefully categorized all of the public comments from the first series of Envision Loudoun public input sessions. Read the summary here. Please continue to push your supervisors to support the vision that CITIZENS have articulated. County planners (who are writing the plan) continue to state that thousands of new homes are "needed" in the Transition Area; citizens instead support housing growth along the Silver Line metro stations. Please review and continue to email ALL of the supervisors your vision for the next 25 years of Loudoun.If you were not able to attend the second round of public input sessions, you may submit your comments online until July 12.

Citizens launch Envision Loudoun app

Supervisors vote to approve ‘Envision’ Vision and Goals

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors voted to approve the Envision Loudoun Vision and Goals statement at its May 18 business meeting. You can read the updated document here. Envision Loudoun “Foundations” report, input summary released

The Loudoun County planning department has released document representing the first phase of the Comprehensive Plan Update now underway. The Envision Loudoun Foundations Report is a characterization by the planning department of current issues in Loudoun that the plan update should consider. Citizens wishing to have their views on the revision of the county’s comprehensive plan may now provide input online, Envision Loudoun staff have announced.
